We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in West Susinteraction to assist with the appointment of a Catering Assistant , on a 3-month contract , likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration. Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation, cooking, service clearing and cleaning of the catering equipment and kitchen environment within the required standards, ensuring hygiene and safety measure are maintained. Provide written documents in relation to Health & Safety and Food Safety Legislation and business requirements. Work in a fast-paced environment within a prescribed time frame. The role involves physical effort including lifting, moving & handling of large equipment frequently Qualifications / Experience: Experience in working in a commercial catering environment. Experience in dealing with customers including written and verbal communication. Level 2 Food Safety Certificate. Experience in working within Health & Safety practices in a commercial setting. Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice. You should have right to work in U.
