Accountant Position Looking for full time accountant to join our Design and Construction firm. Minimum 5 years experience in construction. Desired Skills/Qualifications Follow internal control and accounting procedures Check and verify source documents such as invoices, receipts, contracts, etc. Manage A/P Handle a variety of AR, Collection and Reporting functions with minimal supervision and a commitment to quality standards. Collect and organize expense receipts and calculate and generate expense reports Enter data accurately and timely into Quick Books Maintain General Ledger and Financial Statements Reconciliation of relevant accounts Must be able to maintain payroll weekly. Organize and keep filing system up to date Support financial recording of data Photocopy and organize scanned receipts and source documents Assist in other administrative tasks, answering phones, etc. General office management responsibilities Strong communication and organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook Enthusiasm and willingness to learn Must have drivers license & vehicle.
