Securiguard is currently looking for Security Guards at Healthcare facilities in Durham Region- Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Port Perry and Bowmanville. As a security guard, you will contribute to the safety and security of patients and all other healthcare stakeholders. Y our role will include responding to codes, conducting patrols and providing integral support to healthcare staff. You may also be required to liaise with various law enforcement agencies from time to time. Schedule: FT Days/Nights, continental Pay: $18.00-$19.00 Requirements: Full-time availability (continental shifts) Drivers License and access to a vehicle Strong communication skills in English Customer service skills Valid Security Guard License Valid First Aid/CPR certificate Basic computer skills Ability to complete accurate and detailed report writing Previous security experience in healthcare industry would be an asset Police Foundations, Community Justice Services or Law Enforcement Diploma would be an asset Employee Perks We Offer: Award winning corporate culture - Canada's Most Admired Corporate Culture 2021!
