Primary purpose of the role: We are currently looking for a Reconstruction Journeyman/Lead to join our team. This position will be assisting the Reconstruction Manager of Hawaii's largest locally owned and operated Property Damage Restoration Company. The primary purpose of this role is to manage the work of the Reconstruction team. Basic Job Duties: Hanging doors, cabinet installation, framing Installing various types of flooring Hanging sheet rock; texturing Basic plumbing; electrical skills helpful Be reliable and adept at construction problem solving Utilizing mobile devices, i.e. iPhones, Tablets, etc. for projects Visiting multiple job sites Updating clients on job progress Supervising reconstruction technicians Minimum Experience Requirements 5+ years of carpentry experience Reconstruction technician experience Own transportation and basic hand tools Valid driver's license Computer literate to work with our job management software program Minimum Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED equivalent Great benefits : Paid Time Off Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance Matching 401(K) Plan Job Type: Full-time Pay: Starting at $30.00/hour, depending on experienceAll offers of employment are contingent on passing a drug and background screen.
