Your Opportunity: Reporting to the Dean of Students, the Manager, Residence Life (MRL) leads and directs all aspects of the residence life program at the College. The incumbent leads a team that is responsible for fostering a safe, supportive and inclusive community that is conducive to students' academic success and personal growth. The MRL develops and oversees a variety of programs, services and initiatives in residence that support students' learning, transition, sense of belonging, health and wellbeing, and co-curricular.
