Cohesive Principal Consultant Location: Calgary, AB Hybrid/Home based Position Summary: Cohesive is seeking a talented individual to become a valued member of our successful team as a Principal Consultant responsible for the successful implementation of Bentley's asset lifecycle information management software. The Principal Consultant will lead user organizations to fully identify requirements, apply solution architecture and design, and enable the implementation of enterprise-scale solutions. This role reports to the Americas Services Manager. Your Day-to-Day / Responsibilities: Leading solution definition by translating requirements and processes into architecture and functional design. Help gather and translate functional and business requirements documents and establish user’s consensus. Proactively communicating and collaborating with external and internal users and stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver requirements documents as needed. Translate requirements documents into solution architecture, design and configuration. Understand and architect integrations between disparate products in order to achieve a larger platform solution. Serving as the conduit between the user community (internal and external users) and the solution configuration team. Analyze legacy data requirements, map and load data into ALIM based on the defined migration strategy. Provide business and technical leadership to solution delivery team for customer projects. What You Bring to The Team: Academic degree in Information and Configuration Management, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field is preferred. Equivalent in work experience will be considered. Prior experience with Bentley Products, especially Asset Wise ALIM specifically in the Energy Vertical.
