Your opportunity: The Director, Talent Management reports jointly to the Vice-President, Communications and the Director, Talent Management in the Division of People Strategy, Equity & Culture. The Director is a member of the senior management team within the Office of Vice-President, Communications. The incumbent possesses a strong desire to enable U of T to define the leading edge of communications talent management globally, to attract and develop outstanding future communications leaders, and to enhance the University’s reputation as a leading employer. The Director is responsible for cultivating a high performance and highly supportive organizational culture, by leading innovative professional development programs and processes to improve the depth, quality, and engagement of communications talent across UTC and other divisions /faculties /colleges.
