The Role: As a Communications Manager, you will be a member of the Community Engagement Team CET delivering and overseeing communications, website content, social media, and PR materials. Responsibilities: Generate copy for digital platforms and external news outlets, ensuring alignment with the schools mission. Collaborate with CET for strategic and community-focused messaging. Utilise data for informed communication decisions. Develop communication tools supporting the schools Value Propositions/USP. Build strong relationships within the community. Safeguard and promote student welfare. Contribute to an integrated marketing and communications strategy. Liaise with the Learning Systems Coordinator for proofreading social media output. Prepare and deliver newsletters and daily messaging. Support emergency communications as outlined in the Crisis Management Plan. Contribute to admissions and marketing campaigns. Requirements: Essential: Previously worked as a Communications Manager or in a similar role. Digital communications expertise. Skilled in writing with the ability to deliver varied copy. Possess bachelor's degree or equivalent. Desirable: Experience of international and/or IB schools. Background in a start-up environment and media liaison.
