Job Title: Skilled Carpenters Salary Range: $17-25/hr (based on experience) Hours: Mon-Fri, 7am - 3:30pm, minimal overtime may occur Job Summary: Trinidad Commercial Construction is seeking a Skilled Carpenter and/or Finish Carpenter with 5 to 15 years of experience to join our team. Expectations: Work on restoring, or building molding around windows, doors, baseboards, mantels, and along walls. Building doorjambs, window frames Sealing and detail painting Other carpentry tasks such as helping to build, repair, and install cabinets, shelves, doors, etc. as needed Understanding and Following Blueprints and Building Plans Commercial & Residential, New & Renovations Keep track of tools. Keep storage areas, company trucks, and workspaces clean and organized. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Skilled carpentry and finish carpentry abilities Strongly prefer a valid Driver's License Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and with a team to complete projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to function well in a sometimes high-paced and stressful environment. Require employee to have their own basic tools.
