Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated MARINE CORPS TACTICAL SYSTEMS SUPPORT ACTIVITY (MCTSSA) Geospatial Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. PURPOSE: The MCTSSA Geospatial Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for understanding and analyzing requirements, developing capabilities, and evaluating GEOINT, SIGINT, and ALLSOURCE rapid technology insertions for the DCGS-MC family of systems and system of systems. The candidate must possess a thorough knowledge of geospatial systems engineering, requirements analysis, and acquisitions processes and be capable of developing solutions that meet the needs of the USMC. SECURITY CLEARANCE: Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret personnel security clearance and be SCI eligible. RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze and understand Marine Corps Systems Command fielded solutions and requirements. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure GEOINT requirements are properly integrated into larger intelligence information system architectures. Conduct analyses of existing GEOINT data and identify areas for improvement or expansion. Implement geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) requirements for information systems in accordance with DoD policies, regulations, and standards. Evaluate and validate GEOINT requirements to ensure they align with the USMC GEOINT Intelligence community to meet operational capabilities and priorities. Prepare and deliver briefings to senior leaders and other stakeholders to communicate GEOINT requirements and capabilities. Keep up-to-date with advances in geospatial intelligence technology, and make recommendations for the adoption of new tools and techniques. Collaborate with other contractors and project teams to ensure GEOINT requirements are properly integrated into larger IT projects. Evaluate and analyze GEOINT rapid technology insertions. Provide technical expertise in the development and implementation of GEOINT databases and other repositories, including data migration strategies and schema design. Identify integration and interoperability opportunities with SIGINT and ALLSOURCE systems. Provide subject matter expertise on geospatial systems to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work with external vendors to ensure solutions meet customer requirements. Conduct research and analysis to evaluate new technologies and how they fit into the DCGS-MC Family of Systems and system of systems. Attend project meetings and provide status updates as required. Follow project management techniques to maintain updated status of tasks, create schedules, assign tasks to other team members, collaborate with other contractors, and complete assigned work on schedule. EXPERIENCE: A minimum of twelve (12), preferably fifteen (15) years of experience, in geospatial systems engineering and acquisition processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze complex data and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Knowledge of DCGS-MC systems and their capabilities. Experience working with DoD requirements. Experience with geospatial software and tools.
