The Position : We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to s erve as a trusted partner to the Operations organizations by articulating, reviewing, and analyzing financial forecasts, and executing financial planning needs . Responsibilities: Consolidate and build financial plans for the Operations organization; includes collecting and tracking headcount, operating and capital expenses Provide ad-hoc financial analysis for packaging, logistics, manufacturing, and other strategic business decisions Prepare and present insightful analysis to support leadership in decision-making Conduct variance analysis to forecast, track KPIs, and identifying opportunities for improvement Partner with Accounting and other Finance teams to perform monthly and quarterly FP&A responsibilities; monthly and quarterly business reviews Requirements: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in a related field with 3 to 5 years of related experience in Finance, Consulting, Manufacturing finance, Supply Chain, and/or other related field Ability to read and interpret documents such as business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to use personal computers and Microsoft software. Expert at Excel, and a strong proficiency with PowerPoint and PowerBI required. Top-tier analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt in an ever-changing and ambiguous environment with imperfect data Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to step-back and see the big picture Agile and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment PAY RANGE: $103,070 - $128,837 The Location: Liberty Steel & Wire is based in Peoria, IL.
