Early Learners Teacher & SSG Coordinator- Job Description Autism Behavioral Center's mission is to improve the independence and social awareness of individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) while simultaneously increasing the knowledge, skill set, and quality of life for both the individuals and families of those impacted by ASD. ABC offers a comprehensive array of services including one-to-one in-home therapy, social skills programs, community programs, specifically targeting deficits that impact individuals with autism. Each service program is tailored exclusively to meet the needs of both the individual and the family. Job Summary Autism Behavioral Center is a growing company in the rewarding and exciting field of ABA therapy. We are looking to add an energetic cross-functional member to our dynamic team. This position will interface between ABC and its clients to streamline early learners, social skills groups and other client services. Specific responsibilities include Supervise and teach early learners groups Provide lesson planning for early learners program under the supervision of BCBAs Assist in implementation of Social Skills Group including preparation and program development assistance Assist with writing and distribution of guardian and staff communication including Parent Newsletter and weekly program schedule Field questions from parents and staff, coordinate with scheduling for schedule changes Responsible for upkeep of facilities and distributing maintenance tasks Assist in coordinating holiday break and summer programs Direct 1:1 ABA Therapy Other related duties as assigned by ABC Leadership Qualifications and Requirements 3+ years of experience in ABA or Special Education Experiencing in a teaching role, particularly preschool age Self-directed and able to work independently, in addition to being an effective team member Strong verbal and written communication skills including Public Speaking Excellent Interpersonal skills Bachelor or Master's degree (or in progress graduate work) in ABA or a related field.
