New Grad OR RN - Surgical Services *$10,000. Sign-on Bonus* The RN will be hired into the Jefferson Healthcare New Graduate RN Residency Program and is required to fulfill all training and education within this program. This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The New Graduate Surgical Services (OR) RN is responsible for providing nursing care adapted to the individual patient needs based on the nursing process which includes: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. They promote continuity of care to ensure that patient needs and expected outcomes are met. As a member of the team, an RN must be comfortable delegating and supervising support nursing staff who participates in the provision of care. To Apply You Need: Current resume Two professional letters of reference An essay describing how you decided to become a RN, strengths/talents you can offer the team, and what you hope to take away from the program, and why you were drawn to the department you chose Required: Current WA State RN license in good standing required AHA BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire) (NIHSS certification required within 6 months of hire) (PALS certification required within 6 months of hire) (NRP certification required within 6 months of hire) Preferred: TNCC certification preferred ENPC certification preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred Schedule 1.0 FTE, day shift, 8 hours/day Benefits Outstanding benefits , including low insurance premiums for individuals and families.
