Job Title: IT Program Manager Job Summary: This position is in support of the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Forms Management Program (FMP). The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring work and all tasks are completed accurately and on time, orchestrating the day-to-day operations of the team. Responsibilities Include: Maintaining overall project governance, direction, and implementing course corrections Ensuring all CBP Forms are accurate and updated as needed Making sure the Forms Database is accurate while validating forms' ownership information and updates Reviewing customer requests for revisions and approvals for edits Monitoring and tracking form assignments Updating the Forms Master Data file in Teams Communicating with customers to provide completion status updates or any needed clarification on form revisions Required Qualifications and Skills: At least 3 years of Information Technology (IT) experience in Adobe, HTML and SQL At least 1 year of experience in project management or as a team lead Proficiency at connecting with and managing people, personalities and motivating a team Desired: PM certification Degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Program or Project Management, Information Technology, or similar Work Setting and Environment: Monday - Friday, normal working hours Work is to be performed at CBP offices in Washington, DC How FedWriters Will Compensate and Appreciate You: FedWriters offers team members the opportunity to gain a lasting impression in this fast-growing small business.
