Illinois Community Credit Union is looking for a motivated and upbeat Financial Service Officer (FSO) to join our branch in downtown Sycamore. The pay range for this position is $17- $21 per hour, depending on level of experience. In addition, our FSOs are immediately eligible for our Retail incentive plan, which means your excellent customer service and cross-selling skills could earn you up to $10,000 additional annual income if you meet established goals, or even more if you exceed those goals. What you'll be doing: Opening accounts and conducting new member orientations Promoting all credit union products and services based on member needs, and actively cross-selling products Processing service requests for account modifications, IRA transactions, fraud reporting, line of credit advances, debit issues, and other related tasks Loan processing, closing and disbursement Representing the credit union in a friendly, professional manner Provide back-up and teller support to the branch operations What can you bring to us? Fantastic customer service skills, with the desire to go "above and beyond" for our members The ability to learn and understand the many products and services we offer, and the enthusiasm to put that knowledge into practice every day Retail banking experience is a plus Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, and the willingness and desire to learn new systems Bilingual Spanish would be helpful but is not required Please apply now to join our team!
