Are you a Mental Health Therapist or Clinical Trainee looking for an opportunity to work with a stable organization that has been around for 130 years? The Village Family Service Center in St. Cloud is accepting applications for a Mental Health Therapist, with a master's degree in a human service field with a license (ex: LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP) or be on licensure-track/clinical trainee. A sign-on bonus is available with this position. Our Mental Health Therapists or Clinical Trainees are part of a team that provides support to ensure the highest quality therapeutic services are delivered to children and families from diverse populations. Working at The Village as a Mental health Therapist or Clinical Trainee you will be provided the opportunity to serve children (0-5 age group), adolescents, and adults. Completion of diagnostic assessments to include DC 0-5 experience preferred but may provide training, working with families to define the risks and strengths, while also creating individualized treatment plans. Completing all documentation in a timely manner into the electronic records system. Job Qualifications/requirements: Master's degree in a human service field or behavioral science field Fully licensed (ex: LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP) or be on licensure-track/clinical. Must pass criminal background check Training in trauma-specific therapy modules is preferred but not required.
