Altitude Trampoline Park Franklin, MA is looking for energetic individuals with a passion for guest experience to join our management team! Our managers are tasked with maintaining a safe and fun environment for all Altitude Trampoline Park employees and jumpers! What You Need -Ability to effectively lead and manage a team-Willingness to be hands on and help with any and all duties in the park-Passion for customer orientation and going the extra mile to make customers happy-Strong customer service skills-Excellent communication skills-Comfortable with technology. Ability to learn and use a point-of-sale system-Availability to work a combination of weekdays, nights, and weekends. Weekend availability is required-Ability to work 15-25 hours a week-Reliable transportation to and from work-Prior management experience preferred. Willing to train the right candidate A Typical Day -Provide courteous customer experience when responding to customer's questions, complaints, or requests-Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner-Establish and maintain a clean and safe environment for patrons and staff in and around jumping surfaces, foam pits, and other activity areas-Complete opening and closing duties such as safety audits, cash deposits, and other managerial checklists-Fill in as a cashier, court monitor, party host, etc. as needed-Remain alert and use all senses while supervising employees and park guests-Work as a team with other management team members-Supervise employees to ensure positive experience for all customers and thorough and timely completion of all necessary tasks-Use good judgement to solve problems as they arise-Perform any other services or duties as required by management Perks -Flexible schedule-Competitive Pay Altitude Trampoline Park is the world's premier trampoline park that offers fun and exercise for jumpers of all ages.
