We provide a wide array of HVAC services for homes, and business structures alike. Including installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance services. We are looking for a Commercial Installer to join our team! Pay : Up to $35/hr, Depending on experience Benefits : Supplemental Accident Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Holiday, Tool Account Program, Company Uniform, Company Vehicle, In-House Training & Certification Program - Company Paid, IRA Retirement with 3% Company Match, Company Paid Cell Phone and Tablet, Defined Career Path, and other Spiffs and Incentives. Work Hours : 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, Overtime, and Evenings on occasion). Position Summary : To install/replace heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality installation and experience. Supervise the work of other installers ensuring high quality and timely job performance. Job Requirements : 2+ years of sheet metal experience Possess a valid driver's license and insurable driving record Ability to pass a drug and background check. Ability to follow blueprints and understand technical instructions. Solid communication/verbal skills, ability to work independently, and self-motivated HVAC installer, journeyman, installation technician, HVAC HVAC Technician, AC installer, AC Company
