The Village Family Service Center is seeking Outpatient Therapists to join a strong team that is committed to empowering clients & families. A sign-on bonus is available with this job. As an Outpatient Therapist you will be required to have a Master's degree in the behavioral health field with a license (ex: LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP and will also accept LAPC if working towards higher licensure); have the ability to complete diagnostic assessments that will define the client needs, risks, and strengths, while also establishing strength-based treatment plans. It is also necessary to have an accepting non-judgmental attitude, strong clinical skills with the ability to provide direct clinical services to adults, couples, and families by following and maintaining excellent case management standards.
