Staff Pharmacist The following is an overview of responsibilities for a Pharmacist at our Creswell Health Mart Pharmacy. This job description is not all inclusive; requirements may be added or removed as the situation dictates. Excellent common knowledge, inner personal skills and ability to make appropriate decisions based on the culture and values of the company is paramount. This is a part-time position. (25-40 hours week) If you love talking to patients and advocating for their wellbeing, then this position is perfect for you. The pharmacy environment is fast paced and equipped with the resources and technology you need to succeed practicing at the top of your license. Responsibilities Provide pharmaceutical care to patients, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, counseling patients regarding health Care and prescription medication needs, maintain confidential information and maintain controlled medication and required documentation. Maintain confidential information, documentation, and assigned records as require by Company policies, local, State and Federal Guidelines. Adapt to a patient base from a myriad of background and medical concerns, removing barriers for all patients to be healthier and happier. Be accurate and consistent in all areas of patient care, from counseling patients to processing prescriptions to administering immunizations. Provide guidance to the pharmacy staff on proper customer service approaches, including techniques to make sure concerns are successfully resolved. Using tools, data and personal conversations to understand your community and common concerns and stay up to date on emergent and urgent health issues therein. Benefits This position earns a competitive pay of $60.00 hour depending on experience. We provide excellent benefits, including health insurance, a 401 (K), with up to 3.5% match, paid time off (PTO) and prescription benefits.
