Senior FMV Analyst

Description:
Essential Functions: Exploit FMV collected by sensors on ISR platforms, apply HUMINT and SIGINT information to FMV imagery analysis, and use of GXP software to exploit NTM imagery. Produce imagery-derived graphic products/stills, video segments, target logs, and publish for distribution. Provide and create metadata to support structured observations. Able to view, exploit, record and live FMV exploitation and support operational FMV missions. Produce resulting full-motion imagery analysis and products to support high level decision makers Research current and historical hardcopy and softcopy imagery. Exploit Multi-Spectral, Hyper-Spectral, Infra-Red (IR), Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), and LIDAR Imagery. Produce Full-Motion imagery summary reports, detailed mission graphics, database remarks, ad-hoc reports, tailored mission specific products, and daily briefings. Proficient in various Electronic Light Tables (ELTs) and GIS software packages including Socet GXP, ENVI, QT-Modeler, IEC, ArcGIS, GeoRover and FalconView . Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications Senior over 10 yrs. of IC experience. A bachelor's degree in a field related to the support services may count for up to four years of this experience. Ability to provide graphics support. General knowledge of the Intelligence Community. Attend a basic Intelligence Course Working knowledge with ArcGIS and RemoveView or comparable ELT software.
