We're looking for Lead Teachers in several Greater Cleveland locations to administer licensed childcare programs. You'll create positive, nurturing relationships with children while facilitating cooperative interactions with their parents and caregivers. All this with the freedom to create adventures and have a lifelong impact! You'll be a great fit if: You're over 18. You have a high school diploma or GED, with current enrollment in a relevant degree-seeking program strongly preferred. At least 2 years' experience working with children in a licensed child care center, preschool, or school age environment, ideally with diverse populations. 1 or more years' experience with ODJFS licensing procedures. Experience with Step Up to Quality requirements is a big plus. What you'll be doing: Manage programs, creating and implementing lesson plans and activities. Support the Site Director in ensuring state licensure compliance requirements and adequate coverage. Maintain site records and submit regular reports. Encourage children to explore, create, and make confident decisions. Support each child's social and emotional development. Maintain a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment.
