Shuttle Driver / Comfort Suites Marysville, Ohio 43040What does a shuttle driver do:The primary duty of a shuttle driver is conveying guests in a van, or other light vehicle between locations, these will include airport runs, to and from work. The shuttle drivers saddled with the responsibility of conveying guests from one point to another and back to that point.In discharging his duties, the driver is expected to greet guests, help them enter the van or vehicle, and in helping them loading and unloading the vehicle.He / She also maintains the communication with the passengers , answering their questions and givimg them clear direction to their destination.He / She also maintains constant communication with the general manager of the hotel.In addition, the shuttle driver's role also involves keeping the van neat and making sure it is always in perfect working conditions.He / She work descriptions also involves checking the van before and after each day's run and carrying out maintenance and repairs. In case of any major flaws of the vehicle, the driver is to report any issues to the general manager.The very nature of the job requires meeting different kinds of people.
