Responsibilities: The Project Manager will support Barrow Wise's DOT project and perform the following duties: Develop and implement project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope. Develop and manage budgets and allocate resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Identify and mitigate risks related to federal acquisition programs and projects and develop contingency plans to address potential issues. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including providing project updates and reports and representing the organization at meetings and conferences. Ensure programs and projects comply with relevant laws and regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific policies and procedures. Proactively identify the organization's requirements and design and engineer implementations that best serve the organization's overall needs. Develop all project management documentation, including requirements matrices, risk registers, configuration management, scope management, quality plans, dashboards, etc. Host weekly status meetings An Ideal Candidate has the following: US Citizenship Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in the Federal government.
