Do you have an interest in facilitating safe and enjoyable experiences at an indoor climbing wall? "There's more to explore" at the RiverPlex as a Rock Wall Attendant. Apply online today. Pay rate: $12.00 per hour.We are one park district, one community. Facilitate the day to day operations of the Rock Wall. Provide excellent customer service. Supervise check-in process. Monitor check-out and return of climbing wall equipment. Enforce all safety guidelines, rules, policies, and procedures. Monitor safety of all participants and attendees. Clean and organize all equipment and climbing facility daily. Perform maintenance inspections and documentation of equipment and facility. Respond to emergency situations and provide First Aid when necessary. Create, set, and maintain climbing routes as assigned. Facilitate groups and individuals and teach safe climbing and belaying techniques. Facilitate and instruct current programs and clinics in climbing, knots, equipment. Movement, and belaying. Following all safety procedures that pertain to the duties performed. Supporting all aspects of the Park District's safety program. Performing all other duties as assigned.Please see the attachment for the job description.
