Naval Aviation Analyst Sr. Location: Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, NV Minimum Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI Travel Requirement: 10% As a Naval Aviation Analyst Sr , you will be responsible for providing developing detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet the JCER mission. Who You Are and What You Need: Bachelor's degree or twelve (12) years of demonstrated relevant experience Minimum of eight (8) years of military experience 15 years of Naval Aviation preferred Previous experience and expertise specializing in fighter/attack combat aircraft preferred Operational level experience with higher level broadening assignments such as Joint, CCMD, and Service level staff Current understanding of current service capabilities and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO in order to make recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JCER evaluations Previous experience or relationships working with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or JEMSO operations in conjunction with JCER evaluations Training and certification as a PMP preferred What You Will Do: Analyze threat data and controlling receipt and dissemination of foreign intelligence information Evaluate emerging EMSO threats in order to present findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on evaluation results Conduct tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging EMSO threats to joint operations Conduct studies, perform research, report, and make recommendations concerning instrumentation and evaluation resources necessary to execute risk reduction and evaluation events ensuring the coordination of communications, logistics, materiel, data collection and personnel training, issue and alternative definitions, and personnel requirements for each designated activity What We Offer: Comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision for the employee and family 401k Plan with a company contribution; fully vested immediately Company paid Life and ADD insurance Company paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance Flexible Spending Accounts Paid Time Off (PTO) 10 paid holidays Employee Assistance Program Tuition Reimbursement Who We Are: Calvert Systems is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business located in Bellevue, Nebraska with location in nine states and the District of Columbia.
