We currently have a growing staff that represent us at healthcare organizations across the US with a large presence in the mid-atlantic region. We provide healthcare IT and operational support. Our services include project management and SME support for system implementations and conversions, including Clinical, HIM, CDI, Coding, IT and Rev Cycle. We are currently looking for Cerner Millennium implementation Support Analysts for both Clinical and Revenue Cycle Applications. This is an Analyst position; the ideal candidate will support Cerner Clinical and/or Revenue Cycle Applications The ideal candidate will be expected to understand the functionally of the Cerner product and assist the customer in making decisions around the design of the solution. DCW Prep and Build Workflow Analysis and Workflow Design Testing; system and integrated testing Ability to assist design sessions with the client Handle unit testing for all areas from order entry through billing Familiar with Cerner Tools (Workflow Designer, Version 1) Qualifications: Strong Cerner background, at least 3-5+ years of experience, with at least 1 full implementation Strong testing and integration capabilities a plus Travel onsite to client site 25% of time Proven ability to independently manage multiple simultaneous projects Proficiency with issues identification and escalation to Sr. management (Customer or e4) to gain needed support or resolution Managing defined timelines to meet project deadlines Capable of working alone or within a defined team Aptitude to deal with ambiguity e4 provides the following benefits for this position : Medical/Rx Coverage through Cigna Employer-Funded Health Savings Account (up to $125/month) Dental/Vision Coverage through Guardian Employer Paid Life and Disability Insurance 401K with 4% Employer Match Pet Insurance 529 Savings Accounts Cell Phone Discount e4 Services policy is to provide equal opportunity to all people without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, marital status, veteran status, age, disability, pregnancy, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other legally protected category. e4 Services is proud to be a drug-free workplace.
