Description:
JOB OVERVIEW The role involves assisting in design and implementation of the program (consistent with MCHC integrated, holistic patient care philosophy and WIC requirements), training MCHC staff (all services as appropriate) related to nutritional requirements of patients and direct consultation with complex cases. Provides nutrition education to all MCHC patients, including nutrition assessment and subsequent education/counseling of pregnant, lactating, postpartum women, infants and children up to 5 (five) years of age. Responsible for achieving all required nutrition-related program performance outputs and objectives.
