Position Summary The Director of Sales Operations is a partner to the Sales organization enabling the Sales and Marketing team to make informed decisions related to the sales cycle, funnel, and overall sales process. This role is responsible for optimizing, analyzing, and interpreting Salesforce and supporting applications to identify solutions for inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities to expedite and streamline the sales process/cycle. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes. Acts as the company Administrator for all Sales programs and reporting including Salesforce CRM, Intelligence 360, ZoomInfo, Cirrus Insights, Definitive Healthcare, and other systems. Implements and owns all strategic Sales Operations processes by consistently upgrading and configuring CRM for optimized integration and workflow efficiency. Collaborates with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure that CRM data/activities align with the larger goals of the entire company. Serve as architect of Salesforce and leverages database and other data points (if applicable) to track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss, opportunities and sales by product, and quota attainment. Design and maintain custom dashboards to measure SDR performance, account management throughput and activity. Refine customer segmentation and assist with equitably assigning and aligning sales quotas to business goals and objectives. Maintain regular check-ins with team and Regional/National Leadership who contribute to opportunity development (including HMA resources) to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan and identify areas for internal review and problem-solving. Reviews and analyzes Sales data for accurate forecasting and data integrity. Delivers reporting and executive analysis for Sales meetings. Partners with the Marketing team to support messaging campaigns and CRM updates as needed. Prioritize investments in enabling technologies to improve productivity of the sales and marketing organization and partner closely with senior leadership to recommend changes and/or enhancements needed to Salesforce/CRM and marketing tools. Serves as the company liaison for all Sales program contacts, working with leadership for negotiated renewals and add-ons to support Sales growth. Tracks and helps drive completion of key deliverables for Sales. Work with senior leadership to design sales incentives programs that align to sales strategy and business goals to help drive sales. Other duties as required. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required. 5-10 years of experience as a Salesforce CRM Administrator. Work experience within a healthcare technology company preferred. Previous management experience preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Highly proficient at analyzing and interpreting data. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with the strong business judgement and ability to present in a clear and compelling manner. Proficient in MS office for the purpose of generating spreadsheets, reports and creating presentations, etc. (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to work independently or part of a team. Proven ability to coach, develop, evaluate and mentor staff. Minimal travel required.
