Title: Senior Digital Communications Manager Location: Arlington, VA **** MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AT CUSTOMER SITE *** Clearance Level: Secret Summary/Description: Relevant experience working in advertising or Human Resources (HR) recruiting using social media tools required. The tasks for this position include but are not limited to: Conducting advertising for acquisition workforce recruiting efforts through social media. Interface with AFPC recruiting, acquisition commands, acquisition functional leaders and functional recruiters, as well as working with AF branding contractor to promote and support civilian recruiting for AF using social media tools. Advertising Air Force acquisition missions and message through social media to gain interest and attention to civilian hiring opportunities. Engage with potential candidates regarding AF mission and acquisition career opportunities. Work with Air Force public affairs officers on approval for or reuse of Air Force approved messaging to engage potential civilian hiring candidates to find and entice high quality applicants to work for the AF. Any other tasks closely associated with the performance of duties list above and as coordinated with the COR. Required Education and Skills: MA/MS in a related field and 10+ years relevant work experience. A BA/BS degree in a related field and an additional 8 years' relevant work experience (18+) may be substituted for a MA/MS degree. Additional requirements: All computer-based communication/office IT tools and ability to learn software packages including, but not limited to, the following: Microsoft (MS) Office Suite - Word, Power Point, SharePoint, Excel, TEAMS; Adobe (both reader and Pro). Public speaking - capable of delivering briefs, speaking in meetings in person and online, and giving presentations. QED Enterprises, Inc.
