Review and understand all aspects of the title commitment. General knowledge of clouded title issues and ability to communicate those issues/resolution effectively to the clients. Communication with all parties of the transactions (realtors, buyers/borrowers, sellers, loan officers, lender closing depts., etc) Understanding and ability to communicate final numbers on the CD/HUD Review lender documents for accuracy General knowledge of post-closing and funding processes. Requirements: Notary Public Title Experience (1+ years preferred) Organized, self-starter motivated by achieving and exceeding goals Exceptional oral and written communication skills Interest in (and ability to learn) the title and real estate industry Willingness to work collaboratively demonstrate with a team Excellent time management, able to manage multiple priorities and commitment to achieve deadlines Positive outlook and strong sense of personal accountability What we Offer: A high energy, active and engaging work environment Medical/Dental/Vision available Gas and phone allowance Tax deferred retirement plan with company match
