Commercial Project Manager You are responsible for the overall planning of providing doors, frames and hardware for commercial construction projects nationwide. You review awarded contracts, architectural drawings, and specifications to complete a fully detailed project takeoff, determining the materials needed for each opening type by conducting a scope review and asking questions to understand contract terms and values to ensure accuracy. You use this information to create a submittal for materials and change orders for any plan changes. Your day is filled with frequent customer contact, and you are always known to answer your phone and frequently check in with your customers. The key to your success is your attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and effective communication. You make personal connections quickly through your patient, friendly demeanor, building trust. You are quite literally the main reason customers love doing business with D&M Industries. They know they can count on you whether they encounter problems or need advice on doors Frames and Hardware. Qualifications A.A.A or B.S. in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a similar field preferred 5+ years experience in the construction field estimating or managing projects Strong knowledge of doors, frames and hardware, preferred Organized and attentive to detail - nothing gets by you without being double-checked and put in the right place Efficient - a knack for effectively prioritizing tasks and managing your time Compensation and Benefits At D&M Industries, we are proud to be 100% employee-owned.
