Requirements Analyst Location: Offutt AFB in Bellevue, NE Minimum Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI eligibility As a Requirements Analyst, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise in conducting systems analysis, systems engineering, technical analysis, solution integration, operations assessment, operations analysis, risk management, requirements identification, requirements advocacy, intelligence assessments, technology identification, identifying future concepts and architectures. Who You Are and What You Need: High School diploma or GED equivalence Bachelor's Degree preferred; but not required Must be eligible to obtain the following: SCI, NC2-ESO, NATO and SAR Minimum of 5 years of experience translating NC3 guidance and articulating interoperable capabilities utilizing national, DOD, and CJCS guidance with specific knowledge of: CJCS Emergency Action Procedures, USSTRATCOM Emergency Action Procedures; CJCS Instructions - (e.g. 6810.01, 6811.01, 3280.1, 3265.01, 5119.1; CJCS OPORD 2CY; PPD-35; PPD-24; PPD-40; and DODI 5100.44). Minimum of 3 years of experience in NC2 capabilities, procedures, operational platforms, communications, and modes of operation, to include current efforts in developing USSTRATCOM survivable and endurable NC2 capabilities. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with US Government Interagency functions and processes; or experience analyzing and synthesizing multiple interagency products such as reports, meeting minutes, and speech transcripts in order to create requirements to support the mission, is desired. Minimum of 2 years of experience developing responses for Senior-level decision documentation at the Combatant Command, Joint Staff, or DOD OSD levels; and staffing complex packages and adjudicating content. Minimum of 2 years of experience participating in various key NC2 forums (e.g. Issues Working Group, Capabilities Integration Team, Senior Steering Group, Deputy's Management Action Group), or other (O-6 above) forums is allowed as an alternative (e.g. Issue working groups, Stakeholder working groups, Cyber, Functional Capabilities Boards, etc.) Strong technical and analytical skills Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with USSTRATCOM organization preferred What You Will Do: Provide Advisory and Assistance Support (A&AS) to support the NC3 Enterprise Center Provide day-to-day oversight and management to NC3 operations to include: maintaining enterprise-wide visibility, assessing comprehensive operational and technical risk, and, with the active NC3 Enterprise Stakeholder participation, developing, presenting, and advocating future capabilities, risk management options, and prioritization recommendations to the Chairman Joint Chief of Staff (CJCS) and Deputy Secretary of Defense (DepSecDef) on behalf of all NC3 Stakeholders Support CDRUSSTRATCOM's ability to plan and execute Strategic Deterrence and NC3 operations to accomplish the mission as outlined in the National Defense Strategy What We Offer: Comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision for the employee and family 401k Plan with a company contribution; fully vested immediately Company paid Life and ADD insurance Company paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance Flexible Spending Accounts Paid Time Off (PTO) 10 paid holidays Employee Assistance Program Tuition Reimbursement Who We Are: Calvert Systems is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business located in Bellevue, Nebraska with location in nine states and the District of Columbia.
