S4 OST Analyst - SME AEVEX is seeking a Special Sensors System Support (S4) Operations Support Team (OST) Analyst – Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide on-call reach back support for operational mission systems on customer equipment and facilities. Essential Functions Acts as primary point of contact for AEVEX OST members Interfaces with the customer technical lead to develop analyst work schedule Review and approve AEVEX OST member time and expense reporting Serve as a liaison for failure analysis and troubleshooting of deployed assets through system diagnosis or other evaluations methods with field service personnel, providing quick turn-around responses to outages and implementing corrective action Apply system knowledge and analysis techniques and procedures to coordinate with customers engineering teams and functional experts to solve complex problem effecting mission operating systems Perform fault detection efforts and provide updates back to the system engineers Create, update, and close Service Requests (SRs) on deployed assets Responsible for the integration, documentation, testing and/or modification of computer configurations and mission system operating systems. Utilizes established tools and databases for life cycle management of assets Work with the customer on integration, training, and system troubleshooting requirements and procedures in order to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in support of systems, both operationally and in development Process data through processing raw signals processing, programming, and quantitative analysis Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe DC suite of products Travel within the Continental US may be required, but infrequent Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years SIGINT/Intel Analyst experience, or similar operational experience. Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Associate's degree or an additional 2 years total (8 total) experience in lieu of degree Available to work rotational shifts, to include holidays and weekends to support 24/7 operations.
