NC3 (Nuclear Command, Control and Communications) Analyst Location: Bellevue, NE Minimum Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI eligible As a Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Analyst, you'll bring your analytical and operational expertise to work on projects for the NC3 Enterprise Center and US Strategic Command. You'll guide the work we do for the NC3 architecture and the solutions we deliver for our clients within the NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC) and US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM). Who You Are and What You Need: • BA or BS degree required, MA or MS degree preferred • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in NC3 architecture to include supporting various operational ground, airborne, and maritime assets • Knowledge of test and evaluation procedures • Ability to conduct in-depth analysis of various systems/processes and synthesizing results to produce reports for senior leaders • Experience with NC2/NC3 architecture for more than one nuclear asset preferred • Strong background in strategic communications systems preferred • Previous experience working with Combatant Commands or in a Joint-Forces capacity preferred • Previous STRATCOM experience preferred • Previous experience in B-52, E-6, E-4 aircrafts preferred • Ability to work as part of a team • Strong verbal and written communication skills What You Will Do: • Research and analyze various Nuclear Command and Control (NC2) and NC3 systems to develop a concept of operations in support of a Quick Reaction Test • Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes to help determine the future of the NC3 architecture.
