Sr. Threat Analyst Location: Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, NV Minimum Clearance Required: TS/SCI Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00 (Flexible hours) Travel: 10% As a Sr. Threat Analyst, you will be responsible for developing detailed mission analysis and integrating resources to determine capabilities to meet the JCER mission. Who You Are and What You Need: 12 plus years of Operational level experience Understanding of current service capabilities to include communication/tactical data links and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO 15 plus years in threat analysis, operational mission planning, and adversary EMSO capabilities Experience conducting studies, performing research, reporting, and making recommendations concerning instrumentation and evaluation resources necessary to execute risk reduction and evaluation events Experience working with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or JEMSO operations in conjunction with JCER evaluations 15 plus years of intelligence experience with experience in tactical and operational employment of EMSO and experience working with a variety of Intelligence Community (IC) stakeholders What You Will Do: Making recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JCER evaluations; Analyzing threat data and controlling receipt and dissemination of foreign intelligence information; Evaluating emerging EMSO threats in order to present findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on evaluation results; Conducting tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging EMSO threats to joint operations; Integrating IC reporting into customer processes to facilitate realistic training; Assimilating information from various sources to develop a comprehensive EMSO information baseline in support of strategic planning for agency assessments; Supporting execution of intelligence agency assessments; Collecting data in support of analysis and reporting requirements; Providing subject matter expertise on US, Allied, and threat EMSO capabilities and tactics; Teaching EMSO threat capabilities at various training courses, to include building audio/visual training aides and other course materials as required What We Offer: Comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision for the employee and family 401k Plan with a company contribution; fully vested immediately Company paid Life and ADD insurance Company paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance Flexible Spending Accounts Paid Time Off (PTO) 10 paid holidays Employee Assistance Program Tuition Reimbursement Who We Are: Calvert Systems is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business located in Bellevue, Nebraska with location in nine states and the District of Columbia.
