In addition the position will provide tier one and tier two help desk support of applications, business processes, and systems. 7Provide support to ERP systems: Create, and modify financial reports Provide other financial information by extracting information from the database tables Perform data aggregation and analysis using SQL, spreadsheets, and statistics Troubleshoot and resolve financial issues Document processes and procedures Support the Student systems: Create, and modify student reports Provide other student information by extracting information from the database tables Perform data aggregation and analysis using SQL, spreadsheets, and statistics Troubleshoot and resolve student and teacher issues Document processes and procedures Must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship Must be able to pass a background screening JYG Innovations is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
