Administrative AssociateCollege of Nursing, Educational & Professional Studies, Shepherd University. Serves as Office Manager for the School of Nursing (Undergraduate and Doctor of Nursing Practice programs) and provides administrative support for the Dean, College of Nursing, Education and Health Sciences. Responsible for the smooth operation of the office to include everything dealing with new to graduating students to the office, programs, and grant budgets, utilizing the office PCard , and assisting faculty with travel authorization/settlements. Perform routine clerical duties to include maintaining office files and records for accreditation, office and simulation lab equipment, supply inventory, telephone calls and visitors as well as attend School and College meetings and taking meeting minutes. Will compose routine correspondence and maintain communication with the health care and educational agencies as well as scheduling classrooms, putting in work orders to appropriate departments and assisting faculty and students as needed.
