The School District of Hillsboro is accepting applications for an Elementary Principal (4K-5).The principal will serve as the instructional leader and be responsible for sustaining high levels of student achievement. The principal must foster an environment where colleagues work cooperatively to ensure student success.The ideal candidate will: Be transparent in decision making Be an effective communicator Be visible in classrooms to include engagement with students Be a listener and learner Cultivate an environment of emotional safety Manage perspectives of the building when making decisions for students Be adept at managing complex change.
