Where you'll work Our residents also really enjoy their weekly visits from toddlers at a nursery in Telford, who always arrive at our care home armed with an abundance of Lego, games and play dough. No doubt the home's new purchase of an ice cream making machine will mean they visit even more frequently Whether partial to strawberry sauce, hundreds and thousands or chocolate sprinkles, our residents are very fond of this latest addition to the new cinema room. Also in the room is a vintage popcorn machine. Are you our next Receptionist? Here's more about the role: In this role you will be a key part of the team, whether you're advising customers and dealing with their queries or tackling administrative tasks. For this wide: ranging customer service and administrative role we're looking for you to utilise your excellent people skills along with strong IT experience, including Word, Excel and Outlook. A positive and helpful approach with experience in a customer service setting is also essential. As Receptionist in our Care Home you will interact with relatives, residents and visitors.
