Recruit and coordinate volunteer musicians, including choir members and instrumentalists. Plan and lead rehearsals to prepare for services. Work with pastoral teams to integrate music into worship, creating a harmonious liturgical experience. Lead musical elements during Masses and encourage congregational participation. Promote spiritual and musical growth among musicians. Maintain equipment and music resources. Foster community within the music ministry and coordinate activities with other church ministries.
