Join our marketing team where no previous experience is required! As a marketer we will train you how to do door-to-door sales to help promote our organization. Student Works Painting specializes in providing professional interior and exterior painting services and with the help of our marketing team, we are able to promote our services to tons of potential clients. The hours and work schedule are flexible and work great for students with busy schedules who are looking to gain some extra experience in customer service and communication while directly contributing to the sales of our organization! Pay: The pay is hourly + commission, and marketers can expect to make $19-$25 per hour on average with the ability to make even more! The base hourly rate is $19 per hour and the additional commission rates will be further explained in the interview. As a successful marketer for our organization you will learn the following: How to communicate effectively with customers and fellow workers Reaching your goals and helping others reach a common goal Motivating yourself and others Benefits: Flexible schedule Hands on training Opportunity for bonuses Ability to learn and improve upon useful skills such as communication, customer service, confidence, resilience Great to put on a resume for future work Reference letter and recommendation Role description: As a marketer you will be going door-to-door and talking to potential customers to help market our business in communities located in the SW of Calgary (Specifically neighbourhoods in the T2Y postal code area). You will also be responsible for handing out flyers provided to you. Work schedule: You can expect to work 2-3 times a week and each session will last 2-3 hours for a total of 6-10 hours per week. Your possible work hours include evenings on weekdays (between 4pm-8pm) or day time (between 12pm-4pm) on Saturdays and Sundays, the schedule is extremely flexible as you have the ability to choose which of.
