Position Overview: A Project Manager supervises and has budgetary authority for civil engineering projects. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. A Project Manager is the principal project administrator and communications link between the firm and: • The Client• Sub-consultants• Local, Provincial, and Federal Regulatory agencies• Public Authorities, and• The General Construction Contractor. Duties and Responsibilities: Be completely versed in the firm‐client contract for the project, and of the client's objectives. Satisfy client's goals. Responsible for the entire project life cycle, from preliminary services through project implementation. Manage all aspects associated with client relationship management and project service delivery. Ultimately responsible for ensuring the civil drawings and specifications meet established project criteria, applicable standards, and schedule objectives. Manage and maintain a portfolio $600K - $2.0 million repeat and new sales annual revenue. Establish documentation and administrative organization for the project. Analyze the project scope, the client's RFP and firm's proposal with all internal and external Project Team members. Organize the work on the project and set forth the procedures to.
