Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for new projects or system enhancements Analyze and document current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement Translate requirements into functional specifications and solutions to support Senior Manager Work closely with Technology development teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of systems and applications. Collaborate with Senior Manager to identify and implement process improvements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, Senior Manager to understand resource needs and optimize contract terms and document process! Track and report on contract documentation monthly basis, including key metrics and indicators. Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation within resource contracts. Serve as a primary point of contact for operational process and handle internal Automotive procedures Ensure compliance with established operational procedures and best practices Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational documentation and knowledge base Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
