Facilities Officer Full time, 37 hours per week. Salary £27,334 to £28,770 (SCP 14 – 17). Chippenham Town Council is looking for someone to join our venues team and oversee the maintenance of our buildings. The Facilities Officer will be based at the Town Hall but will also work at other sites in Chippenham including the Neeld, Museum and Yelde Hall. Responsibilities include planning maintenance activities, completing building surveys and repair logs, completing minor repairs and supervising larger building projects.
