By integrating a Harm Reduction framework at Good Shepherd, we can decrease barriers to service and better support some of our community's most marginalized members. This opportunity is with our Good Shepherd - Women's Services How You Will Make an Impact The Residential Shift Supervisor will provide both the Housing Support Worker and Residential Support Worker employees with mentorship, support and coordination related to shift responsibilities, and individual client care plans. The Residential Shift Supervisor will also be responsible for: Onboarding, orientation and training of new staff Providing leadership and support to frontline staff, including: debriefing, facilitation, conflict resolution and crisis intervention Provide ongoing mentorship and coordination to team members to support consistency and quality in all service provision. Provide insight and input, as required, to the performance evaluation process. Provide direct client service to program participants. Provide service in a dignified, culturally safe and respectful manner that reflects the charism of Good Shepherd and which reflects an integrated anti-racism/anti-oppression, feminist framework. Participate in team meetings and team decision making. Maintain records of service statistics, client records and program records as directed.
