Position: Web Developer (NOC 21234)Hourly Wage: $39 Work Location :1. Suite 300 - 1055 West Hastings St. Vancouver BC V6E 2E92. Suite 535 - 1515 W. 2nd Ave. Vancouver, BC V6J 5C5Remote work: Up to 2 days per week Term of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time, 30 hours per week Vacation: 10 days paid vacation per year Detailed Job Duties: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative web solutions for our incubated startups. Work closely with startup founders and teams to understand their unique requirements and tailor web solutions to meet their specific business objectives. Manage and maintain existing web applications, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience. Create and optimize website content, ensuring responsiveness, and seamless integration with various platforms. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into web development processes. Troubleshoot and resolve web-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime for our startups. Collaborate with graphic designers and other stakeholders to translate visual design concepts into functional web applications, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience. Conduct regular website performance backssments, analyzing metrics and implementing improvements to enhance site speed, accessibility, and overall performance.
