Mb Solutions is looking for an amazingly talented C3BM Infrastructure Engineer / Integrator to join our team! In this role you will get to collaborate with Missile Defense System (MDS) stakeholders to prepare C2BMC engineering products as part of the interoperability objectives documentation and analysis processes for systems under test. Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs as they apply to the Continuous Test Bed (CTB). Other activities include participation in engineering meetings, presenting engineering product development updates, providing analysis and failure review summaries, and making recommendations.What You'll Be Doing:Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/BC, BC contractors, and MDS Elements. Provide lead duties for developing, integrating, engineering, testing, training, cyber security, and event readiness for C2BMC Test Bed and associated infrastructure at the MDIOC. As required, support C2BMC operations worldwide. Support the CTB Chair for requirements, design, and verification reviews and audits. Support program and budgetary preparations and reviews. Work with many stakeholders to prioritize CTB simultaneous activities.What Required Skills You'll Bring:Masters Degree in STEM and 12+ years of experience Active Secret Security clearance Familiarity with MDA/Government engineering processes/databasesFamiliarity with Agile Software Development processes and product development timelines Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes Apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operationsWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint- Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment- Develop and present reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel; exceptional written and verbal skills required- Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment- Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment- Military experience is a plus Job Posted by ApplicantPro
