We are currently looking for an Investment Banking Associate on our Healthcare team in San Francisco, CA, Charlotte, NC or Chicago, IL. Our experienced associate position offers a unique opportunity for ambitious professionals seeking to play a meaningful role in our continued growth while gaining significant experience in M&A, debt, equity and equity-linked transactions. The experienced associate will prepare valuations, write memorandums for company sale assignments and private placements, prepare M&A analyses, and participate in due diligence and drafting sessions for public offerings. The experienced associate is responsible for structuring and executing transactions, and typically functions as a backup for relationships with important clients, is generally the key contact for some clients, and begins to assume some important new business responsibilities. A successful candidate will possess the following characteristics: Minimum of 2 years of direct M&A experience required Healthcare Services experience a plus Excellent analytical and modeling skills Strong client management skills Our investment banking clients have access to unparalleled guidance through our deep product and sector expertise and ready access to global capital. The anticipated starting salary range for California-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $175,000 - $225,000 per year.Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience.This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation.
