Part Time Social Inclusion Coordinator Montague Road, Felixstowe GBP 10.97 15 hours per week Do you want to work in an award: winning team? We're seeking a Social Inclusion Coordinator to work with colleagues to provide a personalised service by delivering and facilitating innovative and varied individual and group activities to create an inclusive and positive environment for our customers. Our supported living service supports 24 people with mental health needs and/or dementia in a homely environment with personalised care and support. Shifts week 1: Tuesday 10:5.30 Thursday 10:5.30 week 2: Saturday and Sunday 10:5.30pm Read more about Montague Road on our website The role of Social Inclusion Coordinatorwill include: : Supporting the Manager with administrative duties, relating to the day to day functioning of the service: Conducting monthly house meetings and minute taking: Supporting the customers to attend outpatient appointments: Welcoming visitors and callers : Acting as a point of information for our customers, staff and key stakeholders: Dealing with emergencies on occasion: Organising regular one to one or group activities for the customers and organising festivals and events.
